How it works?

1: Customer will submit the item / device waiting for the terminal at the terminal. And he will receive a certificate, and even bid for the expected amount of repair.

2: The service provider(TSBox) will be notified of the item placed in the box(printing QR code for packets by MS-LP212A) and will ship the item / tool to the service within 24 hours.

3: When the service is completed, the customer receives a notification via SMS, e-mail, where, when, how much he / she can take over the item / device.

4: The invoice is printed by our printer MS-T840 and received by customers.
